Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit for eligible claims.

Lost or Stolen Packages
